Kuwait City · boutique fitness

Five disciplines, capped classes and a timetable that does not move. You will know what you are doing before you arrive.

Training is a schedule you keep, not a mood you catch.

Every class here is programmed in blocks, coached by someone whose name is on the timetable, and capped at a number that lets them watch you work. Nothing is improvised on the day.

The room holds ten to sixteen people depending on what is running. That is the whole model — you book a place rather than a membership card, and the place is either free or it is not.

The space

Four rooms on one floor, lit low and directly. Twelve beds in the reformer studio, power meters on every bike, and a recovery suite that is treated as training rather than as a reward for it.

  • The floor: racked plates and medicine balls against brick, lit low.
