Coaches

Eight of them, and the timetable says which one you get. Nobody here covers a class they do not programme.

    Julien Mercier

    Conditioning Lead

  • Elena Ricci in a darkened studio under a single directional light.

    Elena Ricci

    Reformer Lead

Classically trained in Milan, teaching reformer for nine years. Takes the women's hours in the recovery suite, and treats the pause at the end of a range as the working part of the repetition.

    BASI Comprehensive · Franklin Method

  • Adam Kowalski in a darkened gym under a single directional light.

    Adam Kowalski

    Strength Coach

Background in rehabilitation before strength, which shows in how the warm-ups are built. Takes the evening floor sessions and the Saturday morning block.

  • Marta Ruiz in a darkened studio under a single directional light.

    Marta Ruiz

    Cycle Lead

Coaches to watts rather than to feel, and will tell a room to ease off as readily as to push. Ten years on power-metered bikes between Madrid and Kuwait City.

Schwinn Master Instructor · Power Cycling L2

  • Tomas Novak in a darkened gym under a single directional light.

    Tomas Novak

    Conditioning Coach

Runs the hardest and least popular sessions on the timetable, which are also the ones members book first. Believes forty-five minutes is long enough for anything worth doing.

CrossFit L2 · USAW Sports Performance

  • Sara Devlin in profile, backlit in a darkened gym.

    Sara Devlin

    Reformer Coach

Teaches the women's-only reformer hours and the Tuesday evening mixed class. Precise about set-up and unbothered about how a movement looks from outside.

    Teaches

    Polestar Pilates · Pre/Postnatal Certified

  • Lukas Berg in a dim room under one warm directional light.

    Lukas Berg

    Recovery Lead

Built the recovery programming as training rather than as an amenity, with protocols that are timed and prescribed like any other session. Runs the men's hours in the suite; Elena Ricci runs the women's to the same protocols.
